Ember & Grain was built on a single belief: that the best dinner in New York doesn't require spectacle — it requires honesty. Honest ingredients from the Hudson Valley, honest cooking over a white-oak hearth, and a room where no one is going to rush you.

Executive Chef Nadia Voss spent a decade cooking in Lyon and Tuscany before coming home to open this place. The menu changes with what excites her at the Greenmarket each morning.
